Due to this being totally run for raising funds, once your order has been placed, there are no refunds. 

Damaged Goods & Exchanges

If your item is damaged, to be eligible for an exchange for a new one, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged goods.

To organise a new item, please do contact us on [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date.

We must receive the original item back before we can send the new goods.
